Return Policy

When ordering a custom item from this site, all information will be proofread for exact spelling. If for some reason you gave me a wrong spelling or incorrect information, I will not be able to refund the item/s.

If your recieved items are misspelled or defective because of error that occured on my behalf, I will replace the item/s after I have recieved the item/s back.

If the items were damaged during shipping and you purchased insurance on your items, a claim will need to be filed with the shipping company for an investigation and the insurance will pay for any damaged products. The best way to handle this is if your package is visibly damaged and you are concerned that the product inside may be damaged. Take the package to the post office and show a postal worker the damaged package. Open the damaged package up infront of the postal worker and if items are damaged proceed to make out the claim. If you open your package at your location it was delivered to and items inside are damaged, you would need to take entire package including the damged box with all contents to the post office for a visual inspection. A claim will then need to be file for the items that are damaged. If you do not want to purchase insurance on your package and it arrives to you damaged, I can not be held responsible to replace the damaged items.

If you want to return any other items that you changed your mind on YOU will have to pay for the shipping and also will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Items need to be returned not damaged. When returning products you may want to purchase insurance for the package. This way if the package arrives damaged or lost the Post Office will cover the cost of the items. If the products are recieved and the box is in good condition but the products are damaged, there is no way of telling who damaged the products and I will not be able to restock to resell these items and I will not be able to give a refund. Thank you for your understanding.
