Return and Refund Policy
All sales are final.
However if you order a customized item like a frame or trophy, etc, and you ordered a misspelled name or wordage, then the mistake happened to be on your end, I can not create a new item for free. You would have to pay for a new item. You will be asked to return the item to Laser Lady, at your cost, to see if I can fix the item using some of the existing parts like in a plaque. The plaque plate may have to be redone but the plaque itself is still good to reuse.
If I, Laser Lady), misspelled a word, then that is on me, Laser Lady, and I will replace the item for free. I will send you a shipping label for you to return the item at my cost and I will correct the item and resend back out to you.
Please double check your order and all messages sent for spellings. I will do my best to make sure if I think something is spelt incorrectly to contact you before I send your item to the laser to make sure it is correct. But if I think the word is already correct I may not check back with you. So make sure you double and triple check your spellings.
If an item comes to you damaged I will need to see a picture/s of the package and the damaged item. If it is determined that the mail service did the damage a report will have to be placed with them. Most delivery companies will have $100 in automatic insurance added to a package. If you want to add additional insurance to your package please let me know and I will let you know what the added cost is to add it.
If the package comes to you in perfect condition and the item inside is damaged. I will still need to see the pictures. I will determine if there is an easy fix on your side and will give you directions on how to fix it or if it is beyond that point it will have to be sent back for repair or replacement. I will determine it upon receiving the pictures.
All other type of items, especially the scrapbooking premade items come as is. If you get the title and it does not match your color scheme, I will not replace it. Those items are sold as is and there are no returns on them.
You have 30 days to acquire about a product you think may need to be returned or replaced.
